  • Remove personal items such as family pictures and make sure your house is neat and clean.

  • Stage rooms as they are intended to be used (a dinning room with a table and chairs).

  • Do not forget the outside, curb appeal is your first impression!

  • If possible, remove your pets and have a place to go. Buyers are more comfortable if they can view the property without you there.
